Terms of Use

Last updated: · Development preview

These terms describe use of the Tabzero website and development preview maintained by the Tabzero Team. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms and have authority to use any account or content you provide.

Development preview and availability

Tabzero is under development. Features may change, become unavailable or require additional testing. Public beta dates, extension store availability, prices and paid plan entitlements have not been announced. Roadmaps describe intended work rather than delivery commitments.

AI Notes is planned. Illustrations and scripted demonstrations are examples, not confirmation that an AI feature or a real save has occurred.

Your account and responsibilities

Use an account you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in credentials and devices, and review saved sources and pending changes. You are responsible for the information you choose to save and for maintaining an independent copy of important work.

Review the destination before saving tabs or closing them. Saved URLs are references to third-party pages, not guaranteed archives. Pages may change, become unavailable or require separate access.

Your content

You retain your rights in notes and other content you provide. You permit Tabzero to process, store, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including synchronization and recovery. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Only provide content you have the right to use. Saving a link does not grant rights to copy or redistribute the linked material. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tabzero for unlawful activity, to distribute malicious code, to access another person’s account without permission, or to interfere with the service. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload infrastructure or use other people’s private information without authority.

Use automation only within the access and permissions provided to you. The service may restrict access that threatens other users or its operation.

Tabzero software and materials

Tabzero’s branding, software and original website materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a preview does not grant an open-source license or permission to redistribute proprietary software. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, browser platforms, hosting providers and linked websites operate under their own terms. Tabzero does not control the availability, accuracy or policies of external pages. Review the relevant terms when using those services.

Preview limitations

The preview is provided on an as-available basis. It may contain bugs, synchronization conflicts or interruptions. Tabzero does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results or that the preview will meet every use case. Keep backups and check recovered or exported information.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Stopping use and changes

You can stop using Tabzero, sign out and uninstall the extension. Those actions do not themselves remove server-side account data; see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests and current retention limitations.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Paid services, if introduced, will require their own disclosed pricing and commercial terms; this page does not authorize a charge.
